Individual Therapy

There is great suffering and great beauty in the world that exist at the same time.

Michael places great value on facilitating processes that allow clients to meet their goals.

Changes

Changes that need to happen are often within the person and reflected in interactions with others.

Sometimes people change because they have an ongoing commitment to their own personal growth and the quest to evolve. Often people change when the pain of not changing becomes greater than the pain of changing. Michael can be both a fair witness and an active facilitator for the client in the change process. As with all of the psychotherapy that he provides, Michael strives to provide a container that offers an environment that is safe enough for the person to challenge themselves but not one in which they become complacent. He knows what it is like to keep on going in the process of change.

It is relatively easy to identify what matters. The hard part is to figure out what matters most.
